Before submitting the request to change partner particulars in an LLP, if the new partner being added is an Sdn Bhd / Berhad / LLP, you will need to prepare the necessary documents such as the Resolution of Investment, Resolution of Appointment of Corporate Representative, Certificate of Appointment of Corporate Representative, etc.
Once you have prepared all the required documents, please follow these steps to change the partner or partner particulars of your LLP:
- Visit the website https://ssm4u.com.my/.
- Log in to your SSM4U account using your credentials.
- Locate the MYLLP section and click on “View Details.”
- Click on “Go to MYLLP” to access the MYLLP portal.
- Look for the “Post Registration” bar and select “Change of Particulars.”
- Search for your LLP entity and click on the “Action” button.
- In the “Partner” section, add new partners if necessary. Provide the required details, such as name and identification information, and save the changes. If you wish to change the particulars of an existing partner, click on the “Action” button next to the partner whose information you want to change.
- Click on “Next” to proceed to the payment page. Pay the necessary charges associated with changing the compliance officer and lodger.
- Await approval from the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). You may receive notifications or updates regarding the status of your request through the MYLLP portal or email.
